1. I vouch that I am fully accepting of all sexualities and I do not discriminate against any individuals on the basis of their sexuality, gender identity, or on any grounds protected from discrimination by the Ontario Human Rights Code.

2. When a GYRSG event is restricted to attendance by members only, I agree that I will not circulate details of the event venue to others, except individually to trusted relatives or to friends who I intend to invite as guests and who I believe to be equally accepting of individuals, irrespective of their sexuality and gender identity.

3. I agree that, if and while I am under the age of 19, I will not attempt to purchase or consume any alcoholic drinks at any GYRSG event.

4. I realize that I may need to produce appropriate forms of photo id, as proof of age, in order to purchase or consume alcoholic drink at a GYRSG event. I also accept that I may also need to produce one of the same forms of photo id, if requested to do so by an GYRSG event coordinator, to permit verification of my identity and/or validation of my membership registration information.

5. I understand that although GYRSG may take various measures to help safeguard my well-being, I cannot hold the group or any of its representatives responsible or liable for my safety, for the safety of my property, for the consequences of event cancellations or alterations, nor for any circumstances whatsoever outside GYRSG's direct and exclusive control. I therefore agree that, in any circumstance and irrespective of the situation, the maximum extent of remedy that I can seek from GYRSG or its representatives will be the cancellation of my membership and/or refund of event fees.

6. When a GYRSG event is restricted to attendance by members and their guests, I understand that up to three guests can accompany me at that event, provided that: (a) my guests are people who do not discriminate against individuals on the basis of sexuality or gender identity, and (b) my guests are people whose names and residential addresses are known to me, and (c) my guests also agree to abide by the terms and conditions specified in paragraphs 1-5 above.

7. I agree that I will keep secret my website password (that allows me to login to the members-only section of this gyrsg.com website), and I will not share this password with anyone. I further agree that I will use the appropriate web site facilities to change my password if I should ever suspect that it may have become known by anyone else.

8. I understand that I can cancel my membership of GYRSG at any time, and that GYRSG has the right to cancel my membership at any time, without prior notice.

9. I understand that it is a condition of my membership that I should be contactable by email and I agree to update my membership registration details, to change my registered email address, whenever I close or discontinue use of my previously registered email account. I authorize GYRSG to send emails to me periodically in order to inform me about event plans, important developments or to verify that my email address remains operational.

10. I agree to abide by these terms and conditions of membership, as long as I remain a member of GYRSG.
